Fondant Fancies

When you see these encased in their frilly cases lined up together in a Mr Kipling box, you know it's a special occasion - or you are celebrating a birthday of someone over 50 or under 5. Homemade versions are even nicer. With a beautifully light vanilla sponge, thick glossy icing and hidden button of buttercream, you won't be able to stop eating them.
